Refund Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and fully prepared for your nursing board exam. If you have any concerns, please review our refund policy below:

Free 3-Day Trial

No charges will be applied during the free 3-day trial period.
If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged for a subscription.
Once the trial ends, the selected plan (30-day or 90-day) will automatically begin, and the payment will be processed.

30-Day Plan

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the purchase date.
If a refund is requested within this time frame, we will provide a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
No refunds will be granted after 5 days of the purchase date.

90-Day Plan

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
A full refund, minus any transaction fees, will be granted if requested within this period.
No refunds will be granted after 7 days of the purchase date.

Renewal Plan

All renewals are non-refundable.
Please ensure you wish to continue using the course before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current renewal period.

Please Note:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
All refund requests must be sent to info@thecleverprep.com, with your purchase details.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if misuse of the refund policy is suspected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
